At a recent school-wide assembly, Parker University presented two faculty members with its most prestigious awards–the Academic Faculty of the Year Award and Clinic Faculty of the Year Award. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Flannery started his practice in 1998. In addition to earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he has a Master’s of Business Administration
