If you’re not busy surfing, hiking, running, and enjoying the beach all summer long, why not plan a trip to San Francisco California for a continuing education event being put on by Life Chiropractic College West? It’s a two day event taking place on August 5th and 6th and it looks like a spectacular lineup of speakers. Life West is located in Hayward, California but the event is taking place Oakland, California (so leave your San Diego Chargers hats at home).

The August 5-6th chiropractic event is taking place at the Oakland Marriott City Center, in Oakland, California. I posted hotel information and other information about the event last month. The Marriott hotel is about 45 minutes from the San Francisco Airport (SFO) but personally I would fly in via Oakland (OAK) if you can get a direct flight. Short time in transit and typically a much less crowded airport. The Marriott has special room rates available, mention “Life West Wave” when making your reservations.

During the weekend, Life West will also officially be welcoming the school’s new president, Dr. Brian Kelly, with an inauguration event. That itself should be reason enough to make the trip to Northern California for a hopefully sunny August weekend.

There will be chiropractic continuing education offered for this event, chiropractors are encouraged to call (510) 780-4508 for information about CE credits that are available for particular states.

More than 35 speakers are expected to be presenting over the weekend.
