The other nearby airport is the North Air Terminal Airport (VGT). This airport is known locally as Northtown. It is the second busiest airport in Nevada. Northtown is the primary airport in the Las Vegas area for general aviation and scenic tours. Many helicopter operators including the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department use this airport. We are 6 miles from the North Air Terminal Airport.
