The artwork I'm talking about is of a chiropractic nature, and there was lots of it featured throughout the halls of a recent chiropractic conference held in Orange County, California.

That was a question I was asked this past Saturday while speaking at a tech gathering in La Jolla California. I don't have all the answers, but after 10 years of managing a popular chiropractic website, and hosting web sites for hundreds of others, I've picked up few bits of useful information. If you're asking yourself "what would a chiropractor know about getting traffic to one's website?" you'll be missing out on what I'm trying to get across. This isn't about chiropractic, it's about the Internet, and some of the things nearly all web sites have in common.

The event will be held at the Centennial Hills YMCA in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, May 17, 2008. Funds raised from the event, titled Operation Freedom Run, will go towards a foundation formed to raise money and awareness for US troops who have been wounded fighting the war on terrorism. Many chiropractor offices except credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment can come from insurance companies, attorneys offices, health-care savings accounts, and many other sources. I know chiropractors that even offer programs such as care-credit which allows consumers to finance amounts such as $4000 towards packages of chiropractic care. With all the methods of payments being accepted, I hadn't heard nor seen any chiropractors using online payment processing services to pay for chiropractic adjustments, until now.

It's been 10 days since the mega chiropractic event and e-mails continue to arrive with testimonials from chiropractors excited to share their thoughts. California Jam 2009 won't be taking place until March of that year, but you can expect a number of philosophical local chiropractic events taking place in the Southern California DCS clubhouse until the Jam dates come. Chiropractors Care to Leave Comments planetc1.com-news@12:33 pm PST Dozens of chiropractors woke up Monday morning, the fifth of May, 2008 (Cinco de Mayo) to the discovery that a new opportunity existed to tell the world about their chiropractic practice. Within hours, word was spreading via RSS feeds and forwarded e-mails that a popular chiropractic website was going to begin writing featured articles about chiropractors and the towns they practice in. The activity wouldn't even make a tiny blip in the world of traditional social media, but inside a niche group like the chiropractic profession, a simple post made to a chiropractic blog can move among inside circles rapidly, especially when users are engaged in contributing and spreading information.
planetc1.com-news@12:14 pm PST While image search is not as popular as traditional search based queries, a look at a websites log files will typically show inbound traffic as a result of people seeking images related to a particular topic. With the focus of content on this site being chiropractic, it's not surprising that inbound users would be arriving at the website based on searches related to chiropractic images. I visited archived logs for the month of April 2008 and compiled a list of posts and articles that showed inbound traffic based on the images appearing in those posts.
