2001 Honda-Hit-Run & Throw Champion

Brandon Dailey - 2001 Honda-Hit-Run & Throw Champion Last Saturday, September 22, Dr. Darrell Daileys’ 9 year old son Brandon, a lifetime chiropractic patient since birth, won the Canadian Honda Hit Run and Throw baseball competition at the Sky Dome in Toronto, Canada.

Brandon competed against 9 other contenders from all across Canada. Brandon had previously competed against and beaten out 15 others to win the Ontario Championship back in August.

As part of Brandon’s prizes, he won a 2 nights stay at the Sky Dome hotel, dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe which over looks the Toronto Blue Jay’s ball park. He took part in a Toronto Blue Jays Skills training camp and saw another game from the Toronto Argonauts press box.

“This is a great honour and we are all very proud of Brandon for his hard work and commitment to the sport” stated (Super CA) Lynne Gawley-Hofstetter. Special mention should also go to Dr. Darrell and Cathy Dailey for support and commitment to Brandon’s training.

The Honda-Hit-Run & Throw is a national baseball skills (hitting, running and throwing) competition for youth ages 13 and under. Events begin at the community level with associations hosting local competitions. The top performers qualify for a regional event, then a provincial. The top participant from each category at the provincial competition is invited to attend the national final in Toronto of which Brandon became champion.
