Being a federal holiday, nearly all government services and buildings will be closed. The US Postal Service will not deliver mail on November 11th.

One of the easiest and most important forms of exercise is walking. And like any other type of exercise, performance tends to improve when that performance can be measured. A number of chiropractors recommend activities such as walking after one receives an adjustment.
