Hello to all the Super CA’s out there. Are you reeeeeeellllllllllllly EXCITED about what you are doing? Does it show on your face, can everyone around you feel it?
I bet they can because you are a SUPER CA. But… the time has come to get more excited and we are just the ones who can do it. We have the power to change lives. I remember my first chiropractic seminar way back in 1994. It was at a Parker in Toronto and I sat mesmerized with my mouth hanging open as I listened to Super CA Sherri Hodge. That 2-hour talk changed the direction of my life. I remember elbowing my DC and saying, “Wow, I want to be just like her when I grow up.” Now in 2002 I am with the same DC and I can still feel that fire under me and I hope it never goes out.
Lets all take a piece of that fire and sit on it let it burn deep within us for future CA’s to see. Everyone that walks through the front doors of our offices should want to have our job. Do you have at least two people a week telling you that they want your job? You should!
Let your patients know how your life has been changed by chiropractic. You have been called to serve, serve a full course, let your chiropractic family leave your office full to the brim and craving more.
Author unknown for the following… I’ve learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I’ve learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. I’ve learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you’ll miss them when they’re gone from your life. I’ve learned that making a “living” is not the same thing as making a “life.” I’ve learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catcher’s mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back. I’ve learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I’ve learned that even when I have pains, I don’t have to be one. I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back. I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn. I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
