No: I'm getting sick.
Yes: My body is fighting something.

No: We are far too busy to see you today.
Yes: Sure I can get you in today, if don't mind waiting a few minutes.

No: You keep missing your appointments; do I need to call you?
Yes: You seem to have a really busy schedule, would it make it easier for you if I gave you a confirmation call the day before your next appointment?

No: Hi Bob, I'm just calling to remind your of you appointment tomorrow.
Yes: Hey Bob, it's Lynne from ... and we'll see you tomorrow at ... (people don't like to be reminded that they need to be reminded that's why its better to confirm).
