Flu Cases Start to Swell

According to outside-in news, Flu cases are in the U.S. are on the rise even though there is plenty of vaccine available.

All of a sudden folks are showing up with the flu and according to a Cox News Service article, “… local doctors say they, too, are experiencing a crush of flu patients.” The CDC is recommending that you still get a flu vaccine as it could help.

News from the inside-out (forwarded by Dr. Ryan French) gives us another viewpoint…

This past week our community has witnessed a massive amount of flu infection amongst our children, hospital workers and elderly. At least three retirement centres in Oakville were quarantined, many teachers are absent due to sickness, and school classes are missing up to 17 children out of thirty this past week. The emergency centre of a local hospital, as well as two of the floors had to be shut down due to massive sickness of the staff members.

Now for the thought provoking part: This same hospital was the quick to ‘brag’ about the fact that they had nearly 100% co-operation with taking the flu shot this year! (coincidence?) This is the first year that the drug companies (and their media buddies) really pushed flu shots for children… and this is the first time that we have such massive absence of students from school. (coincidence?) Retirement centres were lucky, they were the first to get this year’s flu shots… and the prize… sickness and being quarantined due to an inability to fight this infection. (coincidence?)

Hugh Fudenberg, an immunogeneticist, and author of hundreds of scientific studies has suggested that taking the flu shot five years in a row will make you 8 times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease due to the aluminum used as the ‘base’ of the shot. Benefit vs. risk? When did humanity lose faith in their innate ability to be healthy?
